CARDIO CLASS
Waipahihi Hall
(Starting April 2009)
 
Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5pm - 7pm come along and join in the Cardio Session.  You can arrive at anytime and set up your wind-trainer and after a 10 minute warm up, you can then join the group in the efforts.   Take the session at your own pace or work out hard if you want to.... this is a good session for both first timers and seasoned athletes.  
 
$ 2 per session - bring your own wind-trainer, a yoga mat to put it on, a towel, and a water bottle/energy drink
 
STRETCH & FLEX
Waipahihi Hall
(Starting April 2009)
 
Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30pm - 8.15pm 
 
A range of static stretches, incorporating Yoga and Sports Specific Stretching methods, to keep you flexible and strong in your daily routine or sports activities.    
 
 RUN SQUAD
 
A weekly session held every Wednesday Night at the Owen Delany Park - Velodrome 6pm start.
Run Specific Drills to build run speed and plyometrics work to help you run strongly without injury.
 
This is for anyone at any ability to come along.  Come and give it a try - you'll enjoy it.
And it will make you run faster.
 
$40 for 10 sessions.
